Automatic Blister Packing Machine is a kind of high efficient and intelligent automatic packaging equipment, which is mainly used for aluminum-plastic (PVC/PVDC/aluminum foil) or plastic-plastic (PVC/PVC) blister forming, filling and sealing packaging of pharmaceuticals, health care products, foodstuffs and other products. 

The equipment adopts PLC control system and servo drive technology to realize the whole process of automatic feeding, heating and forming, material filling, heat sealing and punching and forming, etc.

It has the features of fast packing speed, high molding precision and good sealing performance, etc.

It supports the rapid change of multiple molds to meet the needs of different products.

Supporting a variety of molds for quick replacement to meet the packaging needs of different specifications of blister plate, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, electronics and other industries.

Key Features

Positive pressure molding with mechanical punch ensures even and firm molding of large blisters. It can be used for the packaging of syringes, vials, face masks, large pills and so on.

Stroke can be adjusted, can adapt to various sizes of packaging. Counter-heating, positive pressure molding, upper and lower anilox, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic creasing and batch marking, automatic punching and cutting, easy to operate, reliable operation.

Forming, heat sealing, batch marking, creasing, punching and cutting devices all use rack and pinion mandrel positioning.
All kinds of devices can move freely on the mandrel, and can be quickly corrected and positioned according to the scale and fastening nut.
